I had an invoice denied this week for a client where  previous invoices paid.  I called and they said it would be sent back for reprocessing.

Hello Friends,

Curious if anyone has billed Medica MSHO (Medicare) lately and noticed their payments coming in less than MA rates?  I am wondering if something has changed, provider services is not helpful.  (I know, big surprise!)

How are you billing your Medica MSHO (Medicare) claims?   Are you using T codes or G codes?  Billing per month or episodic?  I have been billing with a HIPPS Code and used T codes, and billed per month.
