As EDI? Our Home Care is using our EMR system, Careficient, then submitting the file to MN DHS EVV via EDI. That is still not working, our error messages are because most of our clients are not in the HHAX for our company. We’ve been
directed we need to enter all of our clients and then the file will work. I had a follow up with call with HHAX end of November/December and no one has ever gotten back to me.
We have a lot of clients, having to enter all of them in their HHAX will be incredibly time consuming. We are still working through it.
Our PCA Agency is using HHAX directly and to our knowledge, not that I can get either MN DHS or HHAX to confirm for us, it is capturing all EVV as required by MN DHS.
