Hello April,

 

I have been sending new claims and manually entering the 61 Value code and CBSA code.  I have also been adding the 85 value code with the corresponding code based on address.  My claims have been getting paid when I do that.

Good morning,

I am wondering if anyone has any updates on Optum denying nonbundled claims for 61 value code missing CBSA code. I am not yet seeing any of my claims reprocess. I am also curious how everyone is handling this. Are you following up on every single claim and noting the reference numbers for each one? Or are you waiting on Optum to reprocess without following up on each claim individually? Thanks!
