Hello,

I have a question regarding a Medicare certified home health agency billing payers for home health services. We have understood that we have to bill all payers (Medicare, Medicaid, VA, commercial insurance) the same rate for home health services to be in compliance. For example, if we bill Medicare $250 for a Physical Therapy visit then we must bill the VA $250 for a Physical Therapy visit. Is that correct and could you direct me to where it is stated in the regulations?
