EVV is only for MA clients. So if they don’t have MA you don’t need to do EVV. I am not sure what you mean by you are uploading to your clearing house. Our employees chart as usual and it automatically interfaces with HHA Exchange bc we
setup our software to do so. It took us forever to figure it out as well, HHAExchange is not helpful and neither is MA!
