What we did find out is that hospital based home health agencies are the only ones that are able to get the Humana PDGM rates.

Reaching out for some guidance. I saw an email chain earlier this week about Humana and negotiating PDGM as the preferred reimbursement method.
We are looking to do this and would appreciate any advice, who to talk to, is there specific verbiage to use with Humana?
