Good afternoon,
I am wondering if any home health providers are having recoupment requests from Humana for claims in 2022 with the following reason:

No acute or post-acute care in the 14 days prior to the home health admission 

Just curious if anyone else is having this same recoupment request reason as I have not seen this one before and we have received a few now. Thanks!
