Hi Staci,

 

I do not think two different home care agencies can see the same patient under their MSHO plan, if a 60 day Re-certification is required to be done by a RN.

Hello,

Does anyone know if 2 home health agencies can bill for services for MSHO payers if the services are not the same?  I was always under the impression that only 1 HH agency can provide services, no matter the payer, but a question came up that for MSHO payers, if the agencies are providing different services, both can bill?  If this is the case, I’m not aware.
