I know this was directed at those using HHAX, but wanted to share our experience as using our EMR and sending data to HHAX. We are considered “EDI”.
We did not enter the MN license number.
I have gone around and around with HHAX regarding the UMPI. Unless you have PCA staff, no UMPI is assigned by the state of Minnesota. We were instructed to enter all 0’s for that but have not received confirmation that it is working.

Thank you for the replies. In looking at the requirements and based on feedback, it sounds like DOB is required. SSN is also required, but should be listed as all 9’s as default.
Did you enter license numbers for any of your professional staff (e.g. MN nursing license#) or just leave this field blank for your professional staff?
