I have a question, we had a wrong rev code for one of our RT clients for Ucare and I fixed the rev code and sent in a replacement claim. The client has Ucare-Medicaid only. I can’t get Ucare to pay, anyone have any ideas on how to submit
other than what I did? If I send a replacement claim fixing a REV code is there something else I need to add to the claim. The other part is once I fixed the rev code all his claims have paid no problem, its all the old claims they are still denying that I
replaced.
