Yep, but my point was its not a nice pdf like the old system where its like the actual SA letter we get via fax or mail.

If you go to print an auth, in your printer settings where you select your printer, you can choose 'Save to PDF'.  That's a way to bypass not being able to download a PDF file.

Ya I don’t even use the old system anymore, I can’t see anything. And for auths, I hate the new system bc I can’t download an save the auth. For instance in the old system it was already saved in a PDF and I could easily print it or move it to a folder. In the new system you can’t even print the auths, you have to print the screen….very un-user friendly!!

All I can see is the same information the old portal showed – Auth ID, Member Name, Member ID, auth status, etc. I was hoping the new portal would have the functionality to allow us to submit auth requests online, can anyone speak to that?

 

I also am no longer able to view remits on either the old or the new portal – is anyone else able to?

Yesterday I called 3 different times. Lol. I told one of the reps very nicely it is not very easy looking up claims in the portal. The authorizations are absolutely awesome but claims…… I have to keep rekaying info in…. The rep said he was not surprised…..
