We usually pull our ucare remits in through availity or change healthcare (used to be emdeon), but they're now taking 2 days to come in to those sites for us to print off, but that might be another
option for you to pull in remits instead of the ucare portals.

The “NEW” Ucare provider portal is very user un-friendly. Trying to find remittances. Argh. Have to hunt thru claims to hopefully find one that has been paid and then, sometimes, they will print or I usually get an error and have to wait
for a couple days to print it off. I did ask provider services to see if I was missing something with looking up remits and they said, “no, that is how it is done”. So frustrating. I am also using both portals. Can’t print remits out of the old one, unfortunately.
