The “NEW” Ucare provider portal is very user un-friendly.  Trying to find remittances. Argh. Have to hunt thru claims to hopefully find one that has been paid and then, sometimes, they will print or I usually get an error and have to wait for a couple days to print it off.  I did ask provider services to see if I was missing something with looking up remits and they said, “no, that is how it is done”.  So frustrating. I am also using both portals.  Can’t print remits out of the old one, unfortunately.

Yesterday I called 3 different times. Lol. I told one of the reps very nicely it is not very easy looking up claims in the portal. The authorizations are absolutely awesome but claims…… I have to keep rekaying info in…. The rep said he was not surprised…..
