You should not need physician orders for homemaking.

So, when billing month end, I know I have to wait for all the plans of care and drs orders to bill out per medicare guidelines, but I thought it just applied to skilled services, can anyone tell me if this also applies to non-skilled services like homemaker, because for some reason I thought it didn't.
