I just emailed my contract manager regarding all the UCARE CONNECT + MEDICARE claims that I have in PENDING status since January.  I have not any of those paid, yet. I am billing them just like my MSHO SNV claims that we are using the Medicare benefit.  I am getting those paid with no issue.  The other Ucare Connect/MA issue is getting resolved after calling CM’s and having them resubmit the 5841 forms to Ucare for Ucare to generate an auth in their system.  I then had to rebill all the claims. I has taken awhile but so far it is working.
