Are you talking about billing the second 30 day period of the episode or are you talking about the visit for the next recertification?  If it is for the recertification then the visit should be any day in the 5 day window prior to the next certification period.  You are not required to bill on the exact 30^th day.

to bill the 2nd billing period, we are under the assumption that the visit has to be on the 30 th day of the episode. At times the 30 th day is on a weekend.  We would like to avoid completing the visit on the weekend. Please clarify if the visit has to be done on weekend ? if not what is the correct way of billing the 2nd period.
