So he was BCBS MC when he was admitted and starting 6.1.23 he is straight MC?

Subject: NOA question

We admitted a patient on 5/30/23.  He was BCBS Medicare Advantage.  I have not submitted the NOA.  Today on 6/1/23, he is Medicare. 

Please advise do I send NOA to both BSBS and Medicare ?
