Lynette, Do you include the auth # on the claim and where? We do have authorization for our 2 episodes. 
Are you contracted with Humana?

Our agency requests the auth for an episode instead of by the visit- this is the one thing that has helped our reimbursement problems.

Good afternoon.

 

I have been having difficulty getting reimbursement from Humana for SNV, PT and OT. I have billed PPS (RAP & Final) and have been getting “paid” at a zero $$ amount for both.  The remit is stating “claim is reimbursed at Medicare allowable”.  Is anyone else having this issue? 

 

Any information would be appreciated.
