We also don’t do opens prior to F2Fs.

With how picky Medicare is being now we do not open any client prior to having a F2F that meets all the Medicare requirements. The 30 days after seems like trouble waiting to happen.

So we are trying to prove a point. F2Fs can be done up to 30 days after admission. However, it is a risk agencies take to admit without the f2f done yet. So, curious if this has caused any of your agencies loss of pay due to this. If so is it much?

We don’t not allow admissions until f2f done but we are pretty strongly advocating having one done as the admission has to be related to the nature of the f2f……
