I believe there have been a bunch of threads regarding the Ucare denials for Occurrence code 50. I just got added to the group and have another question. Has everyone billed all like MSHO, Medicare Connect, Medicare and like 3 other individual plans with the occurrence codes starting January 1^st of 2023? If so did you have to add the assessment date on the claim as well or just add the Occurrence code 50. Also are you still submitting FFS or billing episodically.
