Good afternoon-
I’ve noticed as of Jan 1 2023, Humana has been applying patient responsibility to deductibles for home care services. They have been processing this way for Med Adv plans, and per Medicare, Home care services are covered at 100%. When
I call Humana, they send claims back for processing, and they come back and process the same way, and apply to patient deductible. Is anyone else having this issue, and have you found out a way to resolve?
