I agree with Marnie, best practice would be to get them for all of your patients, we do that as well😊

That’s a good question. As best practice we get them for all of our patients who have Medicare Advantage plans. You would for sure want them for any of the Medicare/Medicaid Dual plans as both Medicare and Medicaid require a F2F. When
Humana has asked us for records in the past, they have never needed the F2F, so I am not sure that all Advantage plans require it.
