So far I have not had any issues.  If you have the ICN from your NOA you could mention that when you call about this.

I had sent NOAs on both these patients at their start of care and have been getting final payments just fine up until this time, but they denied for no RAP, which doesn't make sense because of the NOA that they do have on file.  So, I had to appeal the denial.  Just wondering if anyone else has run into this same issue with these plans?
