Julie, the last discussion PHCN had with Humana is they would term, or suppress, their existing network which would require agencies to contract directly with PHCN to continue taking on Humana members. Referrals would then be coordinated through PHCN PAR providers only.

HI Dianne
Does an Home Health entity that already has a contract with Humana have to work with PHCN to continue with Humana referrals? Or is there an opt out option and an entity can continue to receive Humana referrals thru the local community (clinics and hospitals)?
