Yes.  It is all the other Medica plans that require auth.

Hello Friends,

We have a patient with Medica Medicare Advantage who will be getting HHA visits.   We have not had one of these for a little while.   I called Medica to see if we needed a prior auth for the HHA visits, it seems like we had issues with this I the past.   I was told no prior auth was required.   For those of you who bill Medica Medicare Advantage (group # A0061), have you billed HHA visits without a prior auth?
