We use Claimlynx at Healthpartners Homecare and Hospice.  It is ok.  If there are any problems with any of the claims in the electronic batch we can access Claimlynx, tweak it, and resubmit from there.   It is much easier than manual hand entering.   We have access to Availity for accessing BCBS claim and remittance information which is ok for that.

Subject: Batch Claims Transfer - Medicare

Hi, Everyone.

Is anyone sending their Medicare claims by electronic batch transfer?  If so, what clearinghouse are you using to process your claims?

We use Availity for our electronic insurance claims – does anyone use Availity for electronic Medicare claims?

We currently hand-key our Medicare into the FISS/DDE system, and we’re looking into different options for electronic Medicare claims processing.

Thanks in advance!
