Good afternoon,

I believe I have put this question on the list serve before but wanted to follow up since I have begun receiving denials. My adult day service claims for Optum patients are denying for invalid revenue code. I am using code 3103. Does anyone else bill Optum for adult day services? If so, what codes are you successfully billing. Thanks!
