I have been struggling with HP! I have some Medicare Advantage clients that I can't get their claims paid. I have talked to a few people and they told me that HP does not pay G codes and that I should use T codes on a 30 day claim, like an episode even though they don't pay episodically. So confusing!! I have not had an MSHO client be "Medicare" yet. HP is a very small payer for us.
