Thanks everyone. We have added several physicians at the clearinghouse level but are still unable to get them to go through.
I did have a ticket on it and MNEconnect responded stating our file is missing that info, but even when I try to resolve the claim one by one they are still rejecting.
We don’t understand why 2/3 of our claims go through just fine? We file numerous claims to UCARE.

Can you add the taxonomy code into the clearinghouse? I’ve added it to all the physicians in the clearing house.

Our emr doesn’t have the taxonomy code show up on the clearing house side either. We have to manually fix every ucare claim until its updated which maybe never – unless there is an HCHB user out here that knows if the claim profile has
it and we just don’t know it

I do, too. They are rejected at the clearinghouse level. I have tried to match my physician entries in our system to IGI’s system and I still have the issues with some of my physicians. I have also inactivated a physician and reentered
in IGI matching everything (taxonomy code, middle initial or name, etc) and it still does not work. I have not raised a ticket on this issue. If I go into the rejected claim and choose the physician again it will go thru. Don’t understand why!!!

We are wondering if anyone else is having an issue with your UCARE claims sporadically denying for taxonomy numbers at the clearinghouse level? We use MN Econnect.
I understand that UCARE does require taxonomy numbers but 2/3 of our claims are going through and paying fine. Anyone have any insight for us?
Thank you !
