I don't currently have an Optum VA PDGM, all my Optum VA are non-bundled, but what my history shows is that I used a 341 TOB, no NOA.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] optum VA pdgm claims

Hi all! My first Optum PDGM claim denied. I am curious what your tricks are for these. I billed Noa, and it came back with don’t bill, then I billed PDGM, with HiPPS code line, Q code and visits. With 329 tob and incremental G codes.
