I do not send a NOA to Optum for Bundled claims.  However, I just had a Bundled claim deny, but not due to there not being a NOA.  I did a chat with Optum and here is what they wrote:

“There is currently a system with the specific SEOC (NIC_SKILLED HOME HEALTH CARE BUNDLED_1.3.6_REV_PRCT) for homehealth services . The SEOC is expiring 06/23/2022 and causing claims to reject. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to update this issue so all claims can process after SEOC expiration date. There is currently no ETA at this time. Please do not resubmit your claim(s). All claims will process overnight and accordingly once updated.”

I should have shared this yesterday.

Hi all! My first Optum PDGM claim denied. I am curious what your tricks are for these. I billed Noa, and it came back with don’t bill, then I billed PDGM, with HiPPS code line, Q code and visits. With 329 tob and incremental G codes.
