Our Tricare west biller says –

They want a RAP every 30 days and the RAP & 30 day claim HIPPS code have to match & be a valid PDGM code – when we bill like that we’ve been receiving payment.

Hello Friends,

 

Do any of you currently bill or have you recently billed TriCare West for home care? Any direction you can give me would be appreciated.  I see that their website says they follow PDGM, except they require a RAP and not a NOA.  Wondering what your experience has been?   I feel like we had one of these a few years ago and it was tricky.  They were using outdated Medicare rules and we had to do some things manually.
