As long as it was not while the patient was in a Swing Bed, that does not sound right. Ugh, I have to call Humana tomorrow because they are processing some late charges on a patient of ours as ER.

We have a patient that was on home care services back in 2021. The patient was transferred into our hospital and had a swing bed stay during our claim but came back on services. Humana is requesting
