I know for us, if the insurance requires us to bill episodically like Medicare does, we would include non-routine supplies in our bill just like under a Medicare episode.

I’d also be interested to know what others are doing for per-visit situations on a Medicare replacement plan, that’s a great question! I’m not sure if we’ve had a non-routine supply situation on one of these yet.
