We have recently had some late charges that have been entered for supplies that should have been billed on a Medicare claim. I am wondering if other providers submit replacement claims to capture late supply charges? I submitted a replacement claim for one and it is showing a revenue code 0278 and HCPC code C1713. It's being returned due to revenue code 0278 not being billable on a 327 type of bill. Does anyone know how I could correct this? Thanks!
