I had to get my employer involved on the main level between our Fairview metro and BCBS… there was a meeting with people much smarter than I … lol…. But I was able to find the right level BCBS rep to help me. They have been very helpful since. I will say BCBS is so nice even though claims are incredibly frustrating in the last year and a half.

I have had trouble with 1 specific client that is MSHO Medicaid since January of 2020.  There is no denial reason that makes any sense & they will pay a couple of months & then deny some.  I have appealed the decisions & eventually got paid through 2/2021.  I am still waiting for March, May – July, Sept – Oct & Dec of 2021 to pay.  So far, 2022 has started out paying each month.

Good afternoon,

I wanted to check in with all of you to see how your BC MSHO Medicare claims are processing. I know people have been having trouble with NOA's going through again. Is anyone seeing this resolve? I have tried calling on mine and I was told they need the final claim on file. I was hoping they were going to fix it when the final claim is received but I had one deny the final claim with C016 reason code. Is anyone else having the same issue? Has anyone had any luck with getting their claims resolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
