I can’t get my msho Medicaid claims to process. Its been well over a year now of fighting with them.

Good afternoon,
I wanted to check in with all of you to see how your BC MSHO Medicare claims are processing. I know people have been having trouble with NOA's going through again. Is anyone
seeing this resolve? I have tried calling on mine and I was told they need the final claim on file. I was hoping they were going to fix it when the final claim is received but I had one deny the final claim with C016 reason code. Is anyone else having the
same issue? Has anyone had any luck with getting their claims resolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
