If you are using connex and click on that reason code (once you click to go into the RTP claim), a pop up window will tell you the denial reason.

I billed to Medicare. The claim was returned with a Reason Code: 19963 and 37364. I am not able to find this code for a explanation of the return. Please let me know if anyone has this code before and where I can find a explanation of this codes.
