Is anyone having trouble with final claims denying through UHC Medicare replacement plans for no NOA on file? When I call it seems they are wanting a NOA on file for each 30 day period. We should not need a new NOA on file for the next 30 day period if the
patient is still on services and has not been discharged. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!
