I have had the same experience too and use the Chat feature on VACCN to have them adjusted. It is a pain.

Yes, I had a couple denied as duplicates that were not duplicates. I used the VACCN chat feature and they re-processed. I did not have to re-submit the claims.

Hello,
Is anyone else having issues with getting denials from VA/Optum for duplicates? I have about half of my Veterans that have claims denied for being a duplicate, when they are not. I notice on my most recent remit that they are finally being paid. I was just curious if anyone else encountered this before I did a whole bunch of unnecessary work.
