Every time we have asked a PDGM payor – they have confirmed we need to do a F2F. We also do MSHO because we get half that say yes and another half that don’t know.

I do not know that Medicare Advantage plans technically need them, but we do get them for everyone too, just to keep things consistent.

Does that include Medicare Advantage plans?

Just wondering if other agencies require Face to Face documentation on all the payors, just Medicare, or all the PDGM and Medicare advantage payors.
