I manually key the claims in Availity and there is a description line you have to fill in.  

 

We have EPIC and I was told they can't go electronically to clearinghouse.  What software do you use?

Good morning,

I am having trouble figuring out where some information goes on our Bridgeview claims for homemaking and wondering if anyone can help me.

 

Bridgeview is now requiring the description of homemaking on our claims but can’t tell me the electronic loop this information goes. Has anybody else figured out the loop?
