I just looked at one person today and she has 3 claims from Jan-Feb that are pending with a paid amount but paid date is still 01/1/1900 and 3 claims from Feb-Mar that are pending and no paid amount or paid date.  I hung up after 23 minutes on hold.  I sent an email instead.  Will see if that works.  I have lots more I could check but won't waste my time.  Last time I checked them all 2 weeks ago I had the same results and now there are even more claims that have dropped into the "old" bucket.  

I don't feel very productive lately.

Is anyone else still having issues with getting paid for claims as of 1.1.2022?  I have so many still in the PENDING status.  I did email UCare and they stated that they have escalated the claims for review. 

Just taking a long time!!!
