I am getting some current claims paid.  It feels like they just “forgot” about those old ones.

Yes - I do both clinic billing and HH billing and I still have clinic billing from january that is pending.  I thought I was told or read somewhere they are 90 days out possibly.  They have a new system as of 1/1/22.

Good afternoon.

 

Is anyone else still having issues with getting paid for claims as of 1.1.2022?  I have so many still in the PENDING status.  I did email UCare and they stated that they have escalated the claims for review. 

Just taking a long time!!!
