Is anyone having any luck with getting the U537F NOAs to be accepted?

According to info the issue was supposed to be fixed 4-4-22. First I tried to resend the original NOA and that didn’t work. Then according to Medicare Help Desk I was supposed to send new one.

I sent new one and now have gotten RTPd again saying the same U537F error. But the wording is a little different. From date on NOA falls within an existing HH period. Last episode another provider had open was 1 ½ years ago.

Any ideas? I wasn’t going to add the 47 code because it didn’t seem like an accurate code for the claim.
