How do you request the subsequent authorizations?  Fax them to VA or do you do it on the HSRM website?

We work with St Cloud VA.  I log into the Optum website at MyVACCN and find our authorization that way.  However, I have also seen them in HSRM too.  The VA stopped faxing them to us a while ago.

How are you getting your VA CCN auths? Do you have to go on line (HSRM) or are they faxed to your agency?
