As a newbie to the wild wacky world of billing, does anyone have a list of the acronyms used? This is like learning Klingon while trying to keep up with all you experts!
I would be very much appreciative to have a list for reference purposes if available,

We also do not bill raps or NOA for Optum bundled. So far, we have not had any issues. Hope this helps!

So, just to be clear for VA Bundled services payable through Optum they no longer require a RAP? We hadn’t had any bundled authorizations for quite awhile but now we have some and I have been sending RAPs and Finals; they are paying but
got the message listed below. I’m afraid if I stop sending the RAP they will deny the Final.
