I know that they do not like the 322 TOB. The first claim I send I always change to a 323 TOB then it pays.

Anyone receiving letter from Optum payer VACCN stating “Bill type 322, 32A and 32D are not valid bill types for dates of service January 1, 2022 and after”?

Do they no longer require RAP’s?
