We bill for CDCS, PCA and 245D services and all of them have potential spenddown or waiver obligations for our clients.  We currently bill 53 clients for these monthly.  How can I help?

Do any home care agencies collect a deductible on their clients. I feel this is something I should know, but I have never been told how this works in home care?
