Hi All,

I am new to this wonderful world of billing. I have an employee who needs assistance with accessing and updating rates for MA in point click care. Does anyone out there have a set of directions that can help? I haven’t learned this process myself yet so I am no help at this point other than to call PCC.

I am having the same issues.

 

I spoke with someone at UCare on Friday.  I was told all claims for January had to be manually reviewed to make sure the new system was processing correctly.  So it is taking a long time.

 

I am also having problems with opening the EOP on their portal.  I can open the EOP for services dates that were prior to January 1 but nothing after that date.

 

They are in the process of rolling out a new provider portal starting April 1.  I was told to look for an email that will be coming about the change.

I was told by UCare last week that claims are taking 90 days to process. My January MSHO ones are sitting there pending also.

 

My UCare Advantage ones paid but rest not.

 

Can MN Home Care be of any help with this?

Just wondering if anyone is getting paid from Ucare for DOS 1/1//22 - Present?

 

I "see" them on the Ucare site as pending with the 01/01/1900 date and some are denied (no reason code yet) and some are paid.  Same person had one showing payment pending the next claim is denied.  

 

We use EPIC and it splits claims according to cert period and I am wondering if this is causing issue with Ucare?  Trying to be proactive and not have claims go into 90 days AR category.
